Path C,D-J-P-U,V
This is NOT A VALID PATH! Note that not all the bolts are "left behind" when the main part of the member is pulled away. Bolts A, B, S, and T are in the "torn away" part and the rest of the bolts are in the "left behind" part that is attached to the splice plates. Since the "torn away" part is also still attached to the splice plates, the only way that this fracture can occur is if the splice plates also fracture at the same path.
